There are so many criminal defense attorneys out there and so many of them are great, but there are very few that concentrate on people that are accused of driving under the influence and the associated cases people don't realize with regards to a DUI case; there is so much science involved. Although a criminal defense attorney may be great with embezzlement and financial crimes, they may not have the knowledge and the experience that enables them to successfully handle a DUI case and that's because with regard to DUI there is so much science, there is so much technology and you can't expect an attorney who may be very good at financial crimes or sex crimes to understand the science and what is needed to defend a DUI case. |
