John Floyd

The Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP was established in 1987 by John B. Floyd.  Since then, the firm has experienced significant and steady growth.  Today, the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly has 13 offices throughout California and one in Nevada. Mr. Floyd is a California Bar Certified Specialist and has devoted many years defending the rights of those accused of DUI and other crimes. He has served as an Arbitrator, Mediator, and Judge Pro Tem, as well as being a Court certified expert witness.

Mr. Floyd is involved in numerous committees, including the California Chamber of Commerce Amicus Committee, and he regularly attends lectures and seminars on DUI defense.
 
Mr. Floyd is a certified instructor of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST's) by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).
